Deep pocket BOD has yet to satisfy the requirements to have the CTO lifted in Canada.

they are not debt-free, they have over $600K in debt and still owe the SEC targetted scammer Kistler for his services

Yes they did eliminate the toxic debt but still have debt to the tune of $620,000.00 including a substantial sum to Brian Kistler, who is no stranger to the SEC
