Not "technically" did we get our Patent as in... a Number assigned...here is the Timeline in articles..

Now then take a look at how fast ASD filed suit....(almost as fast as applying for their Patent in the first place...lol)
After sitting on the Advisory Committee and watching all of the Prior Art presented by various PAT participants..and not mentioning them in their discovery process..hmmmmmmm

(I know you don't believe in the PAT angle)...but if you have kept up on it ...I belive that this month the month of December ..most of what was discussed back in that meeting is comming to fruitation. With a December Deadline.
