There are 1500 parts in a ventilator...

Of those, lets say there are 100 metal parts, 15 which are "complicated", 5 really complicated...

There are multiple electronic boards..they need metal brackets, metal toggles, nobs, hinges, etc..

The world needs 250,000 in next 90 days, even if we don't need them, the world has changed..

Those small parts take time to make - if 106c and the process is real, and the ventilator can "absorb" high cost(ventilators cost $25k-$35k) for "time", then LQMT is the solution.

I would say that there is a real reason why LQMT can be a go to for these parts...

After all, we've heard how great this material and process is, no?


Do the math: 250k ventilators x 5 -10 metal parts, which are LQMT suited...
