True Ruby, but reading about EEL, the discussions around buying half of Offor's shares could get animated!!

It will be interesting to see how easily a bid offer is accepted by Offor and whatever terms for future contracts are added or included.

Or will Offor also look for another, higher bidder?

Or will Offor have at least two groups offering bids and encourage competition between all the possible bidders?

I am only a distant observer awaiting news of possile deals
between Offor/ERHC and the bidders.

Ruby, perhaps MPE does have the inside track on the deal and we will be hearing good news soon.
