That news is dated March 23, 2 days before Predictive made their announcement so surely Dablood/Dabo would have known about the co-operation if it were true.

Here the announcement says they are entering Japan, South Korea, Iran, Germany, and Italy.

Why leave out America if you've secured a lucrative deal / co-operation opportunity ?
