Senators and Congresspeople will be attaching all kinds of pork to this must-pass piece of legislation in an attempt to curry favor with their constituents before the election

So inserting pieces of legislation to the COVID-19 Stimulus Bill without Committee discussion or requiring any floor votes will be the norm in this time of crisis
