I don't think there is "insider" selling, just ATM cash raise for operations. There is a big difference. Don't get me wrong, I don't like the dilution, and it's effect on the share price, but I don't believe that insider selling is going on.

Making a public accusation is not smart for you, unless you have solid evidence. You’re accusing the company of committing federal SEC violations. And even if true, addressing it in a public forum is very negatively self-fulfilling in terms of share price going forward. Be more careful about what you post in the future, please.

Hammy, don’t know who you are...but that is completely irresponsible of you to send that message on behalf of this board. No one has mentioned insider selling. Do you have any clue what the board is talking about with regards to the ATM?
