It’s guys like this that work there tail off all day to spread fear and panic that make it easier to buy, add, hold. He is here for a reason. He is working for someone. Someone put him here to do this. Nobody is this narcissistic.
If that is the case - why is JPS better now than common - based on that expectation ---- if you do not know the terms of the conversion ?

e.g. at the time of the conversion - we may be so far down the road of exiting that common are at $8-9 a share and the conversion is for few common shares

(note - I still hold 50-50 as there can be differences in timing (when JPS get par - or when common goes up and how high)
e.g. what if - a condition for exit - is no dividends of any sort - to include no old JPS dividends --- for three years . What does that do to price of JPS on exit day - $20
same time - in the name of information - I think JPS current trading prices make it attractive overall
