SolMastrMnd, I sent J. Rice the suggestion that the company should consider doing a Rights offering if management is confident that revenues are coming in the near future. The offering would only be to shareholders of record with a deep discount, say 75%, and a six month trading restriction.
The company could raise the short term funds needed, give shareholders a chance to recoup their losses, and avoid additional dilution. The amount of shares each shareholder could buy would be equivalent to the percentage they own as if the date of record. Any shares not purchased under the allocation could be offered in a second offering by bids. jmho
