There are hundreds of scam pinky stocks out there with no assets and are trading higher that axxa. This stock has millions of dollars in assets, good pipe lines, and relatively good management (it seems), but is struggling to cross a penny. Pinky tier sucks.

Axxa get out of this tier asap, imho.
