Hi Slash,

I did look at the documents and agree with your take on them. I was just wondering about the mechanics of getting the information to the judges. I would think that it is possible that they have already ruled on the case and their judgement is just awaiting publication. If that is the case would they be able to rescind their judgement and offer a new one based on the new information?

I am not a lawyer and do not know how these things work. But I certainly hope there is a chance that the judges re-review the case in light of this new information.
