Yes, they believe in the material (spidersilk). That doesn't mean that they still believe in the company (KBLB). In one of the interviews with the Polartec, they stated that they had been testing spidersilk long before KBLB came around.

So they are still looking for a company to deliver spidersilk to them. The question is - Will it be KBLB or someone else?
