Yeah this one really is hard to figure out. It seems like LRS are using a digester but nobody knows what the terms are. It's not a pump and dump as there's no pump. The share structure hasn't changed, I believe there's still another 10b or so of the 25b to be issued. Maybe the Kwak has abandoned it altogether which would seem strange as there's money to be made either through selling shares or actually running a business. Only more time will tell.
