Reverse splits are usually a death sentence for a penny stock. No amount of positive posts by anyone are going to save a stock after an R/S is announced.
But now, it's confirmed that there will be no R/S here. Normally, this would make a stock jump back up bigly. However, in this situation, I think investors are still a bit wary. It will take filings and confirmation of funding assets to get this rocket running again, IMO.
