Only light in this tunnel, is the verbiage stating they could not get the past situation resolved, because of the previous Shenanigans of the previous management. Check Zardiw post #37145. Old CEO/Mgmnt won't cooperate, so that might just be a small stumbling block to a major buy in about to happen. Old mngmnt wants a piece of the new situation, so litigation is suspended, until they fire their last canon across the bow, to halt the custodianship. This could melt away VERY quickly if we apply the right pressure such as litigation of the criminal variety against them. I think this will be settled quickly with a negotiation or legal threat. Got some 8s, 9s, and 12s today to average down. Seems to be a safe play with a bit of risk. Hang in there L4. EMBR
