SO ya thunk MBS on a 2 million sq ft shopping mall is paid off in 7-10-20-30 yrs?????? Sorry but ya need to THUNK again!!!
There is no way this could be, as no one would be able to charge rent sufficient enough to even cover the mortgage payment as hey would be far to high! Let alone the lights to keep it open.
BIG commercial projects have 50-100 yrs mortgages not 15-30 yrs
Example is a hospital in GUTHRIE OK which held a 100 yr mortgage if not nobody could even afford to go there and even with 100yrs mortgages, hospital stays still aren't cheap are they
We just get to wait and there can only be one reason to DOWN PLAY large possible returns to escrows and that is that IMHO THEY WILL BECOME TRADE ABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ask yourself why things at the brokers are changing with these issue in your trading platforms as some have shares they are at theirs?
There is a reason to down play returns to escrows and the effort to do so imho
