is this where they are desperate for cash, have no real option but to sell as many shares as possible, as fast as they can..

or will they hold some and sell them on an announcement of the start of a PH 1/2 trial??

Don't know, but will be on this site more often, between this secondary, and their need to get a phase trial going... time to pay more attention...

now if only CRMD would get their damn NDA to the FDA so we can get a decision before Aug/Sept?? Would like to pull some of those shares out for some of this one before its PH 1/2 is over...
