Unfortunately Tim Warbington can't go to jail for being dumb though that would be nice. LOL! It's not a scam, they have a real business that is making real revenues from real procedures but we just don't know how effective those procedures are because they still haven't published the results. The question is will there be a company left after and RS. Only way they can be saved is to cancel the RS, publish the results, become transparent with shareholder and announce NEW Executive Management team!
