that's not good news at all. all the money goes to Trevor Allen and he decides what to do with it.

they already for 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS from the 3.5 BILLION shares they sold and can't explain where all that money went.

DIDN'T FILE FILINGS

DIDN'T GET FINANCIALS AUDITED (SHAUN STARTED THEY HAVE AN AGREEMENT, BUT WOULDN'T CONFIRM THEY EVEN STARTED ANYTHING)

DIDN'T PAY FEE FOR THEIR VIRTUAL RENTAL OFFICE SPACE, SO THEY DIDN'T GET ANY DOCUMENTS FROM THE SEC
They then claimed SEC had wrong address but that's a lie. They got a new virtual space location right next to the old office to make it appear they had wrong address.
