it never made sense that laho shareholders would be made whole plus. why would they give common shareholders something when they didn't have to? the goodness of their hearts? never. if some type of deal is struck with anyone, existing common shareholders can be r/s'd into oblivion.

this is very true we are a detail not often cared about in my over 20yrs of playing pinks. common holders are like cattle in the meatpacking business.
