Only problem with that scenario:
The Form 10 has been promised for 10 years.

YES, TEN YEARS!

And Parkinson has NEVER filed a valid HHSE Form 10, ever.
He filed one that was withdrawn, but of course, a withdrawn filing does not count.

Even the withdrawn filing was well over 5 years ago.

SIMPLE FACTS, that can be independently verified.

NO FORM 10 will ever be filed, take that to the bank
