In order to have a known set time there can be no additional unknown variables. The last given was that the draft SAP had been submitted and responses were being awaited. Now I am making an assumption that we were given the last known status with regard to the SAP review process to draw the conclusion that there were no comments but if there were any responses by regulators, which we have not been told about, then those would have had to been resolved satisfactorily to be able to state they know a time certain now anyway since there can be no unknown variables to make this claim. An unknown variable would include a response/comment from regulators that would need to be addressed for resubmission and additional potential response.
The second assumption I am making is that NWBO is treating this Dr. differently with regard to the actual truth about the current circumstances regarding the SAP and eventual top line data than they might have in the past with investors who are owed steak dinners:). Best wishes.
