When assets are finally acquired that doesn't mean the businesses tied to them are debt free or profitable. I've always wondered why he would put something he owns 100% of into something he owns 56% of. There's 2 explanations that make sense to me:
1. GRNF overpays for them
2. They're debt ridden and unprofitable

You know what else was missing in the LOI was Hempstract llc. It has a growers license and a farm. Why not in the mix.
