cpmac, what is your take on where it says:

"arranged safeguards by resolution of 30.11.2006"

cpmac, I do not get from that that there were no grounds for the filing, do you?

I read that as GTEM having done something specific ("arranged safeguards"/assured assets) in response to problems (lack of funding -- more liabilities relative to available assets on hand) listed in the filing.

cpmac, can you read it that way or do you derive something else from it?
