You have to get to Reset or a zero balance somehow...IMHO

25.99 Billion ENTI spin and tags 4.01 Billion ABVG... takes care of the 30 Billion needed...to formulate 90,090,090 shares.

That leaves 4.16 Billion if we stay at .0001 @ .0086 to start.

It gets real dark after the 25th of November from what I have read and someone said there are 3 Billion divvy's to buy.
