Even if it does it will be temporary. It's making its way towards 2 cents in my opinion.

Once the S4 is filed as confirmation of what's happening it won't be below a penny that's for sure.

This thing traded above 30 cents before the merger with Samsura!!!

Don't forget the profitability on the real estate side of things in Israel is also a factor with this stock.

Just my opinion though!
