Wall Street Journal has released news that there is a bid war.. I don't think only Ted is interested in..

Second point, HMNY has so many sub companies.. only for MoviePass's 93% of shares HMNY paid 100 million dollars.
MoviePass Films is another sub they spent 10's of millions of dollars for that company as well..
Any offer less than 300 million dollars is meaningless.
that is why my target is 10 cents..
