enjoy the enthusiasm Andrew but unless there is no legal MJ here...then there are no MJ and tonics in the US. Possibility of tier 1 decriminalization is looking dimmer before the election IMO. Then it's in a black hole of a quagmire of states that do! don't! and don't know and a legal battle that is no better to decide on the correct action to make into law..
Not sure we have seen anything like this since 1776...but it's now the 21st century. I think mj drinks are a fizzle for a year until the world can catch up....like everything else MJ. IMO he world is not ready (en mass) to embrace thc and derivatives from the get go. Pot shots at the worldwide markets with awesome new products is what we may be talking about here today in 9/19. If you need the appreciation of the stock pps now rather than later then you have a choice to make.
We both know this is a growing industry that has now been knocked to it's knees until it can get up, convince the world that MJ is not the evil demon that it's been made out to be and then walk on it's own power with a full head of steam when it's fully embraced by more than just a few hundred million people. There are 7.4 billion of us humanoids on this planet. I'll buy a round at the open bar for all of those that truly don't have their head in the sand...
