Yep, and unlike the over-whelming majority of acquisitions and mergers out there, this one's as close to an internal acquisition/merger there is, so it's laughable that anyone would even try to suggest proper due diligence and vetting wasn't fully done ahead of time as to the value-driven merits the Rotmans final foundational building block is finally prep'n to provide cheers;)
