Also to set the record straight, LAHO is not being accused of fraud nor was it suspended because they discovered fraud. It was suspended because unknown tipsters blew up SEC emails and phones telling them “look at their delinquent financials!” and “omg it’s running! It may hit a .01 any day!!!!!” The SEC saw it running and tipsters spotlighted it to SEC and they saw the delinquency (Obviously they missed the July 8K where LAHO stated they were changing financial auditing firms). That’s why this was suspended. No need to conflate.

Last time I checked the price was .0046. .0001 hasn’t registered since May. And may never go that low still.
