We’re due for a big one.

One fact that people over immensely overlooking is:
failure rate of restructuring

Most companies that restructure DO NOT make it this far. Most start selling off assets and clearing out everything to ensure they survive. Sure they had some hurdles to clear but apparently they DID!

The other fact that got me even more intrigued due to their restructuring status, was turning down an offers of 1million or more to buy Jamestown.....yet they told them to back off and hired an attorney to go after the scammers!

Never seen that before so I like the tenacity of the management. They don’t want to sell a thing which tells me they have a entire plan worked up. Why else hold on to Jamestown with white knuckles?
