this is why CDIX is a scam and should go to trips again:

CEO issued 15M in liabilities
COO Ronald never did a thing except dilute shareholders,and get a deals for note holders
PAUL CFGN ALPS CDEL NITE and MAXM

All diluting
friendly note holders....funnies thing I heard in OTC so far
