$ONCI has one of the most BLOATED and EGREGIOUS share-structures on the OTC.

WAY TOO MANY SHARES. Except for the CEO, who dumped ALL HIS COMMON and replaced w/ self-issued PREFERRED.

Hmmm, wonder WHY he did that?...

Good news for BERMAN tho: he now has 1+ BILLION more shares in Treasury to issue in future DILUTION.
