The "merger" was a bust.

The 8-K sure didn't impress anyone either.

And the 10-Q is a disaster!

As to the upcoming (by Oct. 1st) Super Duper 8-k/A thingy... don't count on that even getting this train wreck back to 3¢

We could use some of those "positive developments" soon or shortly.
