I'd rather not see his posts here either, but as he said, it's his right to do so. I do find them interesting to read, however. I haven't exactly studied it, but I think the posts are probably much less speculative than last years PRs and "Views". I think he is just enthusiastic about what he's doing. It must be hard for him to know about all the BS that's posted here and not want to respond.
To answer the second part of your quesion, no, I don't know of another company where this happens. There's probably a number of good reasons for that.
