Todd- I understand it was a form and this form contained wording to not tell stakeholders... if the FDA actually scheduled an Ad Com we are looking at a potential criminal violation of SEC laws. (By FDA not Amarin)

Really stupid move for FDA to threaten Amarin, but not illegal.
