Dilution, yes.. obviously. BUT it is not going up at all because everyone who IS buying is doing so on the BID.
I will be doing so myself tomorrow when we are under 01. Might well be under 01 at some point today. We shall see.
I do see it reversing eventually, just never know when they will complete/file fins. Then they should let up on dilution to let it run before continuing IF they so choose/need. I really hope those with MUCH higher averages are able to recoup their losses, this is such a shame. GL

I was not wrong in my claims about dilution, I have been more right than you or anyone. When I said there wasn't any going on when that yellow car guy and you were screaming about it, guess what the OS was updated and it didn't change. Then I stated there was dulition happening, just a little. Your posts said massive dulition and claimed I believe 10 million OS, it was just under 5 million. You were wrong again. You have been claiming massive dulition and have been wrong. Before the OS was updated last time you kept saying it was 20 million and again you were wrong. The only thing that you have been right about is that there is dulition happening. Which we all know and talk about daily on this board soooo it's not impressive.

I wish you the best, but what bothers me is your constant negative attitude. I have a lot of money invested in this company and I'm really not happy with the PPS, however I'm more unhappy with the cheap shots being taken daily without regard.

The reason the PPS is so low is the market's reaction to the financials not being filed as stated per the company's PRs. That's it. The dulition doesn't help, but we ran 700% on way heavier dulition. There's no demand for the stock right now.

Everyone complains about the PPS, but the majority of the shareholders complain all day calling this company and its management all kinds of things. Saying they are doing illegal things. What do you expect to happen???

Stop beating a dead horse, stop kicking someone when they are down.

If you are done with the company move on, no need to hurt my invest or the investment of others.

Also for the record, the Tuesday thing was a day late. I never said it would be a PR or the financials like everyone took it as. I said and update and I hoped it would be one of those. It was a day late and we got Steffan. Soo there's that
