Traderfan, Interesting and I can see that OTC Markets has a "flag" on SPIN, however, I have been searching the net for an hour and can't find any reference to SPIN and any Stock Campaign.
Several years ago, I remember there was a website that listed all active campaigns, I long ago lost the URL. Since you stated this was the same group that did VEII, I assume you must have something that led you to believe this. A link to either the promotion or to a site that lists such promotion campaign with SPIN on it would be appreciated so I could pass it on to the Company.
It just seems quite strange in that most of these penny stock campaigns usually have some sort of "hype" sheet mailer based on recent company news, or positive events reported by the Company.
I don't think anything SPIN has recently put out other than hold itself out as a possible merger candidate would qualify as a possible base for a hype. Which might make sense since, as I posted yesterday, SPIN has a positive Book Value on its recent 10Q, that is more than triple where the stock had settled in before the jump, and with its Quad Video Halo, significant additional value to any deep pocket competitor in the PI medical finance field.
