$QUES, someone told me, he heard from someone who heard from someone (in other words, who knows the truth), they wont uplist till they have TWO QUARTERS in a row of timely Q filings (IMO, they should consider the 1st Q as timely cause its delayed by OLD auditor not new)

Assuming the above is TRUE

IMO, thats good news cause

1-It will show they have act together finally and that attracts better and more serious shareholders

2-If the 4th Q is any indication....rising top line and a better bottom line seems to be possible going forward.....this then could mean we will have two much better Q's and that as well attracts better and more serious shareholders
