At least Ballas may have gotten this quiet period right if that's what is going on here. Not a peep which is what I legitimate CEO would do if needed. It might show what he has to lose if he messed up with any of those violations. In some ways this silence has been a better explanation than not wanting to divulge bad news. He has never been shy in the past of putting out anything and everything to help the stock price. Why was this time different? Something they can't talk about is my guess based on his past track record of news releases.
