It's real easy for folks to forget or overlook the fact that the real reason for VYST acquiring Rotmans is not only for the value and integration capabilities Rotmans brings...but the leverage & increased resources Rotmans will soon be providing perfectly positions VYST to launch full fledged commercialization endeavors on their entire stable of proprietary competitive advantage products they simply lacked the resources and leverage to properly launch in the past!
Plus the Rotmans leverage fast approaching will also provide VYST with the ability/capability to go after even more targeted accretive asset and company acquisitions and joint ventures with multiple "major" manufacturers exactly as their Q1 results recently suggested, secure all the friendly private placement financing with investment banks they may desire and embark on their up listing journey out of the pinks!
