Good post. But -

I believe this will exceed .25 after consolidation with Rotmans.

Seriously? (That would be nice!)
This "consolidation" had been talked about (promised) for months now.
You don't think that possibility it is already priced in, to at least some degree?

I'll be happy (thrilled) if we hit 10¢ with the merger.
Thinkin' it is going to take some really good actual sales numbers to get this up to 25¢ or beyond.

The expected reverse split sure will get it higher, but will also be a siren call for the shorts.

GLTY (for a happy wife soon)

2 things worth mentioning Jmidd75, no-one but VYST knows the true scope of their oncoming dramatic increase in value over & above Rotmans...so just make sure to not overlook the fact that the +$30M Rotmans value isn't the only thing your basing your eventual valuation metrics models around!

And secondly, VYST has remained 100% consistent and committed to eventually initiating their share buyback...and even mentioned earlier this month on their new corporate twitter feed that they have new investment banking relationships en route next month. Plus VYST has a significant insider ownership in play already too, which provides VYST with additional creative options to reduce their O/S if they deem it necessary prior to their eventual Nasdaq up listing objective.

The main thing right now is getting the Rotmans leverage final key foundational building block in place so that VYST can then launch everything else that's coming along right behind it.

And for all any of us know they have ALL kinds of significant product launches upcoming above and beyond the new Vytex mattress lines they already alluded to, they may have all kinds of contracts coming from big names they've just gone through extensive final stage R&D testing/talks with on a multitude of products, they may have multiple major new manufacturer deals on deck exactly as they stated in their Q1 results, they may have several other key targeted asset acquisitions coming and/or company acquisitions etc etc etc

All's we know for certain is that the Rotmans acquisition is definitely a game changer and provides VYST with the value and leverage necessary to embark on launch and commercialization endeavors few OTC startups ever realize...and we have yet to see any of their oncoming fresh valuation driving catalysts unleashed yet, let alone any of the multiple waves of new buyers who will soon begin arriving here in the post Rotmans acquisition era upon us...all of whom will be constantly applying ever-evolving valuation metrics all summer long as VYST begins unleashing a constant sequence of tangible results all summer long that dramatically and constantly increases the valuation metrics that will need to be applied here right glty!
