Old news...Lattuca went to to the wrong state to file against Kate since GEGI is a Nevada SOS which is now reinstated which a Florida court can't touch...good luck with that...

IMHO, looks like KB is going to abandon both tickers. All things considered, it seems it would make the most sense for her -- then initiate a new start-up in Colombia, (if she hasn't already).
