The reason this has dropped is because of impatience. This move started with the 10-K and has gone lower and lower everyday because of people selling and the company not responding to our emails. There is no buying pressure because there has been no positive news. Watch this thing rip 300% on positive news...
In my opinion nothing has changed here and the company isn't saying anything because they are in a quiet period regarding the merger. If there was nothing going on, why couldn't any of the several people we have emailed just send us a quick response saying PR345 is not GXXM? WHY!?
Also I have not seen any dilution take place here since the end of March. L2 is thin and any news would send us back to the .002 range.
It is clear there is more going on behind the scenes, what it is we wait until management is ready to tell us.
