Did you know that JAGX did 1 RS before, on june 1 2018? Well; share price boosted both on RS being approved and on RS executed. Both events broke briefly a long downtrend. And situation today is way better (pipeline, upcoming news, fast improving financials...). So perhaps RS is a great thing for this company. Still, is hasn't to be efective just after may 3, because is useless to comply with Nasdaq minimum bid price. No time for that and extension granted, because unlike many other pennies, JAGX fulfill all the rest of the rules to be eligible for extension.

LOL,, You need to look at the shares and who has voting rights and how much. Its not always a given that "company owners" do have a majority voting rights. I need to check this here though but you cannot assume its the case without proof.
