Since hemp is now legal on the federal level, this problem is not a concern anymore for the industry. Essentially, it’s not going to be a problem anymore for hemp especially in states where MJ is also legal. In such states banks are on the clear to do business for companies like MJNA on hemp.
MJNA in particular has created their own problems and all they have to do just clear their financials.
Who is able to set the Banks at the side to not handle? Is it the marijuana industry themselves or is it a big institution with to much money who are pressing the Banks to stay outside?
Wenn a Bank can do big business they are pushing anyone to allow them to do business with money and have big rewards for them. What is the reason, I am asking myself. Or is it the president themselves?
