Is the company making the updates through the TA or does the TA just automatically update every few weeks to OTC if they don't hear anything from the company that requires a change?

I guess my question is who is initiating these updates every few weeks?
If the company is initiating this, that would be a positive sign. And if they are, I
sure would like to see some filings too and soon.
