OK, so fins closed 1/31, right?

OTC Markets posted the share reduction at the start of March, right? AFTER January 31.

Since Q1 had not been released yet (they hit 3/18) when the share reduction hit, they worked from the figure in the annual, which does NOT include the newly issued shares.

Now that the Q is out, it should update. I'll give you that, but there was no nefarious intent on the part of SB. He played by the rules, understand them or not.
