So, a shareholder friend of mine decided to reach out to Schiliro via email and received a call from Niemetz our investor relations guy. Long story short...they would not update on anything going on as I would expect but also said something interesting; if there is a change in control of the company...it will be preceded by an 8K filing. So, let’s keep an eye out for that. It will be the first indication that a potential buyout will occur.
