@imperativity- Concur, it will all be about the CC. $2/sh is cash. Anything above that is the value of the company. Will be interesting to see if they mention anything about selling what is left to a bigger fish. I think that would make the most sense. For the time being, no more interest expense and maybe close to $3M in interest income.
Also the Small cap indexes were sold today which didn’t help. This could be a sign of a correction or that the recent bullishness was just a bullish correction in a larger bear market.
